Any enrollment in a Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, or Part D plan takes place through a separate, direct conversation and application process with a licensed agent, and is subject to the terms, eligibility rules, and underwriting requirements of the applicable insurance carrier — not the terms of this website.
Submitting a contact form, scheduling a consultation, or requesting information through this site does not enroll you in any insurance plan and does not create an insurance contract or agent-client relationship until you affirmatively complete a separate application process with a licensed agent.
